For over 200 years, Buffalo Trace Distillery has been known for award-winning bourbon whiskey. But making the trip to Kentucky isn’t easy for everyone - Until now. Through our groundbreaking virtual reality tour, you can be transported to the distillery in seconds.
Take one of our three guided tours or explore the majesty of the distillery at your own pace. You’re in control as you make your way around this National Historic Landmark.
You can learn about the brand, history, take three tours and even travel back in time to visit the Distillery from different time periods.

tours Feature
The tours feature was the biggest feature by our client. The actual location of Buffalo Trace was recorded and taken for historical reference so that when we build our game we will use the reference photos to build the world in the game engine.
Each tour has many different stops. Each stop has an interior or exterior location complete with narration and hotspot information. Each tour focuses on different narrative to bring the history of Buffalo Trace Distillery to life.
Time Machine Feature
Take control and explore this National Historic Landmark throughout different time periods.
Hotspots Feature
Hotspots was a important feature for the client because it gives detailed information to the player so they see the distillery as both a company and a national landmark which it is. Furthermore they understand the value of the Buffalo Trace Distillery Museum which is one sight to this very day.
• Over 70 unique hot spot locations.
• Hotspots are both around the whole distillery and in most interior builds.
